Leticia Rhi Buckley ’93
Senior Civic Strategist, Music Center
Leticia Rhi Buckley ’93 is currently the senior civic strategist at The Music Center Performing Arts Center of Los Angeles County. A native Angeleno, Ms. Buckley is deeply committed to making the arts accessible to all. Most recently, she served as chief deputy of the Los Angeles County Arts Commission (Department of Arts and Culture). Prior to this, Ms. Buckley launched a marketing and public relations firm specializing in Latino outreach and engagement working with clients including Cheech Marin, L.A. Convention, East L.A. Community Youth Center, and the city of Huntington Park.
Ms. Buckley earned a degree in political science from Loyola Marymount University and served on the LMU Latino Alumni Association Board. She currently serves on the boards of the California Arts Advocates and the Californians for the Arts. She is a member of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra Advisory Council, the Los Angeles Theater Academy and the L.A. Tourism and Convention Board Marketing Committee. Ms. Buckley was voted by Hispanic Magazine as one of the “100 Most Successful Hispanic Women” in the industry.
