Why this Organization/Cause is Important to You or the Nominee
My wife and I deliver Meals on Wheels on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Volunteering with Meals on Wheels gives us the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our neighbors in need. Each day, we deliver hot, nutritious meals prepared by trained staff at the Brigham City Senior Center to homebound residents who are 60 years or older, physically challenged, or recovering from illness. But the service goes far beyond food: we also bring companionship, warmth, and a friendly smile that can brighten someone’s entire day. Through this simple act of service, we have the chance to nourish both body and spirit. I also am a lector at our local parish St. Henry's in Brigham City, Utah.

Length of Service with the Organization/Cause
