What Inspires You About the Organization
The LMU Food Pantry was established in 2017. The mission of the LMU Food Pantry is to provide free food to any LMU student who may experience hunger or food insecurity. The LMU Food Pantry operates on the honor system and allows students to confidentially enter a space and take the food that they need. The pantry also offers some delicious classic college recipes that can be made from the items available in the pantry.

Tell us how others can get volunteer with your cause
This pantry is made possible through the generous support of our sponsors, LMU community and friends of the pantry, including alumni. We accept monetary, non-perishable, and fresh food donations to support and replenish items. Monetary donations will be used to purchase future non-perishable items for the pantry as they become needed. If you would like to help from your home, we have created a wish list. Items are delivered to our office. Please see our LMU Food Pantry Donation Guidelines for more details.

Help us get the word out! We want to make sure the most vulnerable students know about this important resource. Feel free to share our Instagram Food Pantry which includes all of our information.

General inquires, questions related to donations, food drives or feedback regarding the pantry can be directed to Carolina Martinez at the Center for Service and Action.
