I have been an API Ambassador for the past few years, and it's nice to continue to be a part of the Lion community. Volunteering at the Alumni BBQ has been my highlight. Outside of LMU, I am repeatedly fascinated by how many alumni I meet and love that we share the bond of LMU. Being part of the ambassador program has allowed me to grow my skills professionally as well, having the opportunity to speak at events. I love being a part of LMU and am grateful for everything it offers.
Stefanie Fujinami ’03 is an ambassador in Maui, Hawaii. She has an entrepreneurial spirit that keeps her excited about each new project she comes across. Creating circular economy businesses is currently on her plate. She loves finding ways to volunteer in the community with Rotary and sits on the board of Down for Dance, an organization that teaches dance to people with down syndrome. She also has a passion for fitness and loves teaching swim, indoor cycling, TRX, and senior classes.
