We met first semester of junior year (fall 2004) and we both worked in the LMU athletics ticket office. We started out friends and it snowballed into something more meaningful. After graduation, I went back to LMU to receive my MBA and Hector went to Loma Linda University to receive is B.S. in Nursing. We lived apart during that time and saw each other a couple times per month but we stayed together. In 2012, I was in NYC for work and Hector flew out and surprised me. He proposed in Central Park! We got married in 2014 and became parents in 2018 to our little boy, Graham!
